This policy outlines the terms under which goods supplied by ClarkeWall Limited may be returned and refunded.
2. Returns Eligibility
Returns may be accepted subject to the following conditions:

Custom or made-to-measure items may not be eligible for return
All returns must be agreed in advance by ClarkeWall Limited.
3. Incorrect Orders (Customer Responsibility)
If a customer orders incorrect items, the following will apply:

A 20% restocking (relisting) fee will be charged

The customer may also be responsible for:

Collection costs

Re-delivery charges for replacement items
Returns will only be accepted at our discretion.
4. Our Errors
If ClarkeWall Limited supplies incorrect or faulty goods due to our error:

We will arrange correction, replacement, or refund

No restocking or additional delivery charges will apply
We will work promptly to resolve the issue at no cost to the customer.
5. Collection & Return Costs
Where returns are agreed:

Collection may be arranged by ClarkeWall Limited

Collection and handling charges may apply unless the return is due to our error
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed:

After returned goods have been received and inspected

Less any applicable fees (e.g., restocking or collection charges)
Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:

Custom-made or made-to-measure products

Installed goods

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
8. Warranty
All products supplied by ClarkeWall Limited include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship (where applicable).
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse or improper installation (where not installed by us)

Vandalism or accidental damage

Environmental damage (e.g., extreme weather, corrosion beyond normal expectations)
9. Reporting Issues
Any issues with goods must be reported:

As soon as reasonably possible after delivery

With supporting details or photographs where applicable
